What is a Pink Squirrel?

A sweet, fluffy, creamy, slightly nutty concoction...

1) a mixed drink

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Creme de noyaux ^*
• 1 tblsp white Creme de cacao
• 1 tblsp Light cream

^* Creme de noyaux is an almond-flavored (red) liquer

I've seen one recipe that also calls for amaretto.

Mixing instructions:

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
