Sunshine and Moonlight
And reddish gold
Moonlight is white
Grey-black and bold
Sunshine is warm
Sweet and sunny
Moonlight is bright
Quick and funny
Sun follows Moon
And Moon follows Sun
They romp and play
Until day is done
Soft little bouncy
Bundles of fur
They meow and squeak
They cry and purr
And as Moon follows Sun
Each day has shown
To treasure each moment
For soon they'll be grown
