I woke up today with Bebop lying along my left side, on his back, with his head down by my hip and his back feet sticking straight up in the air. It was easy to reach that soft woolly tummy, so I petted it for a while, very gently. Bebop has a ticklish spot on his tum and if it gets tickled he does the bunny-kick maneuver.
It was Saturday, after all, and we didn't need to get up at any particular time or go anywhere soon, so I lay in bed, gently rubbing tummy fluff. What a lovely way to wake up!
