I did two loads of laundry on Wednesday when I got home from The Job. When the first load was done from the dryer, I carried the hamper downstairs to bring the clothes back up. But first, I wanted to put something into my office, so I put the hamper in front of the laundry room door and went into my office. When I came back out, the hamper was occupied (duh).
Hi Raven.
Mwrp
How am I supposed to put the laundry in the basket?
?
So I went into the laundry room and got an armful of clothes from the dryer; of course, when I came out, Raven was sitting by the door. So I put the clothes in the hamper and took the hamper back into the laundry room and filled it, then came back out and set it down.
OK. Get in
(paws on edge, look, peer, sniff)
Go on. Hop in.
(hop. dig. lean, tunnel...)
Up we go.
And up we went. I put the hamper down in the guest room (where we sort laundry) and started sorting and folding the previous load. Raven hopped out of the hamper and wandered off. Bebop came in to help me sort and fold (he lays on the t-shirts and supervises). Eventually, I got everything sorted and folded and put away (even the shirts and socks Bebop was pressing).
I feel sorry for people who don't have expert help with the laundry.
