I was sitting at my desk, typing away on the computer when Raven came by for snuggles. As is his wont he walked along the desk and "fell off" into my arms, then lay there upside down, me skritchling him under the chin, he nuzzling his head into my armpit. I couldn't type, but cats are very Zen. One learns one must go with the flow of the moment...
Sometime later, my displays kicked into screen saver mode. This always makes a slight, staticy, sound as the screens first go dark.
Raven had been lying back, eyes half closed, pupils slitted. As the screens went dark (brrrt), I noticed Raven's pupils get much wider as his ears perked.
What was that?!
...
All gone now. Must not have been important. Vicki is still skritching. Back to snuggling....
Cats are funny. I expected the perked ears but not the widening pupils.
